The Aqua-Pure™ AP917HD is a quick change replacement cartridge, designed specifically for the AP903 water filtration system. It uses an activated carbon to remove particulate, dust, and the taste and odor of chlorine from municipal drinking water.
This is an activated carbon block cartridge that ensures years of hassle-free performance along with the ability to reduce sediment and chlorine. Therefore, the AP917HD is suitable for use on both chlorinated (municipal) and non-chlorinated (well water) systems.
The filter's capacity is rather impressive at 100,000 gallon, approximately one-year cartridge life, dependent upon water quality conditions, which ensures you are never short on clean, odorless water.
